???? You can now set targets for Waste — Setting a target with Source = Waste now saves (previously it silently did nothing). Leave the slice blank to target total waste, or pick disposed/stocked for a specific slice.

Aging now matches Work Orders

Aging now matches Work Orders — The Tickets list now shows Aging and Aging Type columns that work exactly like the Work Order list: Aging counts the days a ticket is past its due date (its service-level target, or a linked work order's due date), grouped into 1 Day, 2 - 7 Days, 8 - 30 Day, 31 - 60 Day, 61 - 90 Day, and 90+ Day. A ticket shows a dash until it is past due, and once it is resolved/closed its Aging locks in the final number of days it was late. The old Notice, Notice Type, Countdown, and Overdue columns have been removed in favor of this consistent view.

Limit photos per work order stage

???? Limit photos per work order stage — You can now set how many photos may be added to each stage (Before, During, After) of a work order. Once the limit is reached, extra uploads are blocked and the person is notified. Set the limit to zero to keep it unlimited.

Improved — The Custom Report Generator for task reports now includes a Select All button on each column group—general fields, location and work details, and asset details—so you can quickly include or clear an entire section at once.
