Improved

Improved — The Parcel Dashboard now includes a filter panel for recent parcels (tracking, recipient, Tower, delivery company, and status), and the Parcel List filter panel adds Tower as a filter option alongside the existing column on that screen.

Improved

Improved — The Parcel Dashboard now shows the Tower for each recent parcel so staff can see which building a package belongs to at a glance.

Fixed

???? Fixed — Custom task reports now show asset name, ENS tag, and asset status when those details are linked to the work order, including maintenance-linked tasks.

Improved

Improved — On the Tasks list, the date filter can now use the completed date in addition to created date and due date.

Work order PDF location layout

???? Work order PDF location layout — Location details on work order PDFs now show Building and Floor on the first row, and Department and Room on the second row. The previous Site field (company name) was removed from this section.

Custom fields on work order PDFs

???? Custom fields on work order PDFs — Work order PDFs now include the custom fields filled in on the task, shown after the checklist section. Table-style fields print as full-width tables.

Edit a table straight from the task

???? Edit a table straight from the task — A table field on a task (such as "Materials Used") can now be updated and saved directly from the task screen, in its own section with its own Save button — no need to open the full task for editing. A new dedicated permission controls who may do this, so a person can update the table without being able to change the rest of the task. Turn it on per field with the "Allow editing directly in the task view" option.

Table / Matrix custom fields

???? Table / Matrix custom fields — When creating a custom field you can now pick the new "Table / Matrix" type: give the table a title, choose how many columns and rows it has, name each column, make each column a text box or a dropdown list, and optionally allow people to add extra rows while filling it in. The table appears everywhere regular custom fields do — forms, detail screens, lists, the client portal and printed documents.

Empty Regulatory Compliance lists no longer break the page

???? Empty Regulatory Compliance lists no longer break the page — When the change-request list or the Pending Deviation Forms list has no items (or only one of the two lists has items), the page loads cleanly without a browser console error.

Pending Deviation Forms respects staff permissions

???? Pending Deviation Forms respects staff permissions — Approvers who were given the OM/AD, Brand Head, or RegCom Head approval rights on their staff profile now see the matching Deviation Forms in the Approval Queue Pending list, not only when those rights come from their role. The person who submitted a form still does not see their own item in the queue.

Pending Deviation Forms in the Approval Queue

???? Pending Deviation Forms in the Approval Queue — Approvers now see a "Pending Deviation Forms" list on the Approval Queue showing every Deviation Form waiting for their stage, so a routed deviation can be reached and acted on straight from the queue instead of only from inside its document. Opening one from the list takes the approver directly to the form.

Declining to endorse now stops the Deviation Form

???? Declining to endorse now stops the Deviation Form — When the Operations Manager / Brand Head selects "No" on their endorsement, the Deviation Form is now returned to the Property Manager for correction instead of moving on to the next approver.

Fixed — Location Type no longer blank on the Ticket and Maintenance reports. Many tickets and maintenance work orders showed an empty Location Type (and blank Floor/Space and Room/Lot), and on the Ticket Location chart those were miscounted under "Other". Each item now reads its location exactly the way it was entered — customer-unit locations from the building/unit records and common-area locations from the facility locations — so it shows the correct Customer Area or Common Area type with its

Customer Accounts

???? Customer Accounts — The customer name in the directory now shows the corporate name for company accounts and the contact’s first and last name for individual accounts.

Fixed

???? Fixed — Permits now expire promptly once their validity window ends (within a few minutes), instead of waiting for the next day's check.

Changed

???? Changed — On a Pull-Out permit, "Pull-Out Kind" (goods or equipment) is now a required field before the request can be submitted.

New

???? New — When the Finance team puts a request On Hold, they must now enter a reason; the reason is saved and shown on the permit's activity history for audit.

Improved

Improved — The activity history now reads in plain English (for example "Marked Invalid", "Finance Hold", "Reassigned") instead of internal labels, and the requester is notified when their permit is marked invalid.

Supporting attachment required on change requests

???? Supporting attachment required on change requests — When requesting a document status change from the Documents list, a supporting file must now be attached before the request can be submitted.

Documents list and Kanban simplified

Documents list and Kanban simplified — The Property Code column and card field were removed from the Documents list and Kanban board.

Compliance colour on Deviation approval

???? Compliance colour on Deviation approval — When the Regulatory Compliance Head approves a Deviation Form, the Green / Yellow / Orange colour selector now appears and works without needing separate compliance-colour permissions.

Cleaner document view for approvers

???? Cleaner document view for approvers — When an approver opens a Valid document to review a Deviation Form, the read-only screen no longer shows a spurious document-type loading error.

Approvers can open documents from the list

???? Approvers can open documents from the list — Staff with Regulatory Compliance view access (including deviation approvers) can now open a document with the eye icon without being blocked, even when they do not have permission to create new documents.

Deviation Form header autofill

Deviation Form header autofill — When opening the Deviation Form on a document, Property Name and Expiry Date are now pre-filled from the document’s property, unit, asset, or site details whenever those are available.

Deviation Form works on Valid documents

???? Deviation Form works on Valid documents — Property Managers and approvers can now complete the Deviation Form from a Valid document’s view screen. The document itself stays locked for editing; only the Deviation Form steps remain available in order.

Overconsumption work orders now reach the right manager

???? Overconsumption work orders now reach the right manager — A work order that was raised before a property's manager was set no longer stays unassigned. Running the work-order check now assigns any such work order to the property's Operations Manager (monthly) or Property Manager (weekly), and records it on the related alert's history and notifications. New work orders also show the assigned person's name instead of just a role.

Customer Accounts

???? Customer Accounts — The customer name in the directory now shows the corporate name for company accounts and the contact’s first and last name for individual accounts.

Overdue work orders now highlighted on every page

???? Overdue work orders now highlighted on every page — Overdue records are marked in red consistently across the whole list, not just on the page you happen to be viewing, and the red now appears immediately without a short delay after the list loads. Work orders that have been Completed or Closed no longer keep their red highlight.
