Turning off an email alert now clears pending messages

Turning off an email alert now clears pending messages — When you switch off an email notification, any messages from that notification that were still waiting to be sent are now cleared automatically, so they no longer go out after you turned the notification off. Messages already sent are not affected.

Task & ticket email alerts turned on

???? Task & ticket email alerts turned on — Staff and customer contacts now automatically receive email notifications for ticket replies, ticket and task assignments, task followers, new comments, new attachments, and task status changes. These alerts are now switched on for every site by default.

New-property email only for activated accounts

???? New-property email only for activated accounts — The email that tells a person a new property was added to their account is now sent only when that person has already activated their account. Anyone who has not finished activation, including newly imported people, no longer receives this email automatically; they will get it when they activate. Staff can still send it on demand from the manual "Notify Existing Users" action regardless of activation status.

Amenity Booking Invoice

???? Amenity Booking Invoice — Fixed an issue where the invoice for an amenity booking was being repeated every day and always credited to the same staff member. The invoice is now generated once and shows the staff member who approved the booking as the sales agent.

Service Request Invoice

???? Service Request Invoice — Fixed an issue where the invoice for a service request was being repeated every day and always credited to the same staff member. The invoice is now generated once and shows the staff member who approved the request as the sales agent.

Customer Accounts

???? Customer Accounts — Fixed the "select all" checkbox in the directory so it now only selects the rows for a bulk action. Previously, ticking it accidentally switched every listed account off.

Connecting certain installations

???? Connecting certain installations — Fixed an issue where testing or syncing a connected installation failed with an "invalid" error even though the other site's update feed was fine; installations whose feed starts with an invisible formatting character now connect and sync normally.

Task History side panel restored

???? Task History side panel restored — Opening Task History from the Tasks page again slides in as a side panel instead of stretching the page and breaking the layout.

Improved

Improved — The Permits Management menu group now appears under the PMP section of the sidebar (instead of "Others") on environments using the curated portal menu.

Fixed

???? Fixed — The "Verify Permit" menu entry was the last one still showing an internal developer label; it now shows its proper name.

New

???? New — A dedicated "Financial Clearance" page for finance officers: staff with the "Run financial clearance check" or "Override financial hold" permission now see a list of permit requests still awaiting financial clearance, and can open each one to run the check, record a manual entry, or lift a hold.

Fixed

???? Fixed — Several menu entries under Permits Management showed internal developer labels instead of their proper names (for example "permits_queue_title" instead of "Approvals Queue"). All menu entries now show their plain-English names.

My Deviation Forms

???? My Deviation Forms — The Approval Queue now shows requestors their own Deviation Forms with the current stage of each. Forms returned for correction are highlighted as action-required, with a one-click Review that opens the form ready to revise and resubmit — and the "returned for correction" notification now opens the form directly too.

Final deviation approval always offers the colour choices

???? Final deviation approval always offers the colour choices — The Regulatory Compliance Head is now always offered Green, Yellow and Orange at the final Deviation Form approval, whatever the document's current status. Previously a deviation reaching final approval on a document that was not yet Valid asked for a colour while offering none, blocking the approval.

Claiming a change request now visibly reserves it

???? Claiming a change request now visibly reserves it — When an approver claims a request, everyone sees a "Currently being reviewed by" notice, the request leaves the other approvers' pending queues, and their approve/reject/revision actions are held until the reviewer releases it (a new Release button) or acts. Anyone else trying to act sees who holds it, and claims now appear in the request's Audit Timeline.

Clearer field names on Documents

???? Clearer field names on Documents — On the Documents list, the document form and the approval queues, the column previously labelled "Document Name" now reads "Document Type", and the one previously labelled "Document Type" now reads "Permit Name", matching the terminology used in the master data. The Document Types administration screen and the Pending Uploads report keep their original labels.

Deviation Form stages follow the approval-chain role names

???? Deviation Form stages follow the approval-chain role names — The sign-off blocks and pending badges now read "OM/AD", "Brand Head" and "RegCom Head" (previously "Operation Manager / Brand Head", "SBU Head" and "MFM"), matching the approval chain shown everywhere else.

Expired filter matches the real expiry

???? Expired filter matches the real expiry — On the Documents list, choosing Status = Expired now also shows documents whose expiry date has already passed (and that have a file on record), even if the workflow status has not been flipped to Expired yet. The count matches the Expired total on the Regulatory Compliance executive reports.

Track individual vehicles

???? Track individual vehicles — The Performance screen now has a Vehicle filter for Fleet Fuel, showing one vehicle's usage against its own target. Targets can now also be set for a specific vehicle or piece of equipment, and the automatic breach checks respect that scope.

Clearer work-order timing

Clearer work-order timing — The work-order settings and the run-check button now explain that work orders are raised after the week or month fully finishes, while alerts appear immediately.

Vehicle picker now lists vehicles

Vehicle picker now lists vehicles — When adding a Fleet Fuel record, the Vehicle field now offers only fleet vehicles instead of every kind of equipment.

Clear progress while checks run

Clear progress while checks run — The "Run work-order check now" and "Run scan now" buttons now show a processing indicator while they work, so a longer run no longer looks like a frozen page.

Simpler Performance filters

Simpler Performance filters — The category-slice filter on the Performance screen now appears only for Waste and Refrigerant, the two areas it applies to.

No breach can be skipped by an interrupted check

???? No breach can be skipped by an interrupted check — If a work-order check was ever interrupted at the exact moment a work order was being opened, that breach could previously be skipped on later runs. The check now detects and completes any such half-finished work order automatically.

Amenity Booking Invoice

???? Amenity Booking Invoice — Fixed an issue where the invoice for an amenity booking was being repeated every day and always credited to the same staff member. The invoice is now generated once and shows the staff member who approved the booking as the sales agent.

Fixed — The "View Escalations" panel on Tickets, Work Orders, and related areas now sits correctly inside the page content instead of overlapping the sidebar and header.

Clearer month headings on the timeline

Clearer month headings on the timeline — Refined the month grouping labels on the System Updates timeline so each month reads more clearly at a glance when scrolling through past releases.

Connecting certain installations

Search by full work order number

???? Search by full work order number — Searching the Tasks list with the full number shown on screen (for example TSK-412) now finds the matching work order. Searching by the numeric part alone still works as before.
