Improved import validation for updates

Improved import validation for updates — Owner, resident, and Customer Unit Data imports now require the full set of mandatory columns only when a row creates a new record. When updating an existing row, only the unique identifiers are required (unit plus email for owners and residents; unit prefix for Customer Unit Data). Other columns may be left blank to keep current values. The in-app guides explain which fields apply to new rows only.

Visitor Details

???? Visitor Details — Fixed an issue where checked-in visitors were shown as "Approved" in the list and details views, and separated the unit and resident name fields on the visitor details screen so each field displays only its correct information.

Empty mandatory fields are rejected in preview with an Ignored status and a clear reason. Inventory, Vacant, and Resident type remain optional. Legacy maintenance category

???? Legacy maintenance category — Tickets and work orders that still used the removed Reactive Maintenance category are now recorded as Corrective Maintenance, so the type appears correctly in ticket and task lists and in reports.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts — When a customer account is activated, the "new property available" notice can now be sent automatically — one message for each unit linked to that account — instead of having to use the "Notify Existing Users" button by hand. The automation is controlled by an on/off setting and is enabled by default.

Blank Dates No Longer Cause Errors

Blank Dates No Longer Cause Errors — Fixed an error, caused by missing or blank dates (such as a next renewal date) left on older records, that could stop a document from being saved or activated and could interrupt a system update. Blank dates are now handled correctly so these actions complete.

Additional Attendees

Additional Attendees — Improved the reservation form to hide the additional people radio option when booking an amenity that has a one-time charge, without affecting the visibility of the attendees count.

Parcel Details & List

Parcel Details & List — Added expected delivery date to details, and ensured missing or null values default to 'N/A' in both list and details.

Corporate name is required for developer or corporate ownership types; first and last name are required for individual ownership. Empty mandatory cells are rejected in preview with an Ignored status and a clear reason. Developer turnover date, middle name, tax ID, and similar optional columns stay optional. The in-app guide marks each always-required column with an asterisk.

Clearer Customer Unit Data import guide — The in-app documentation for Customer Unit Data imports is now shorter and easier to scan: one summary, a compact field table, and a sample row. It still explains which fields are always required, which apply only to new units, and which are optional.

Improved owner and resident import validation — Owner and resident spreadsheet imports now require a valid email on every row and match each person by unit plus email. The preview marks rows that cannot be imported as Ignored and shows the reason, so you can fix the file before continuing. Customer unit data import preview uses the same Ignored status for invalid rows. In-app documentation now states which fields are required and what format each type expects.

???? Printed task documents — Fixed an issue where printing a task could hang or show only the company name instead of the logo when the uploaded logo was very large; the system now prepares a suitable logo automatically, including for logos already on file.

Easier Compliance Settings

Easier Compliance Settings — The Approval Chain Mode and notification settings now use searchable pick-lists: choose the document type, the concurrent signers, and the Regulatory Compliance notification group by name from dropdowns, instead of typing ID numbers separated by commas.

Operational Status Column

Operational Status Column — The documents list now has a dedicated "Operational Status" column showing each document as a clean white-on-colour pill (Active, Inactive, Pending Activation, or Pending Deactivation), so the workflow status and the operational status no longer share one cramped cell.
