Regulatory Settings: Chain Mode & Notification Group

???? Regulatory Settings: Chain Mode & Notification Group — From the Regulatory Compliance settings, staff can now set each document category's approval chain mode (sequential, concurrent or mixed) and its concurrent signers, and choose which staff receive Regulatory Compliance notifications — without needing a developer.

Concurrent Approvals

???? Concurrent Approvals — A document category can now be set to concurrent signing, where the required approvers can sign in any order and the request moves forward as soon as all required signatures are captured — instead of waiting for a strict one-after-another sequence. The same person still cannot sign more than once on the same request.

Deactivation Safeguard

???? Deactivation Safeguard — A document that another active document depends on can no longer be deactivated. You can now list a document's prerequisites on its form, and the system blocks a deactivation request that would break a dependency.

Notifications on Document Activity

???? Notifications on Document Activity — Notifications now also go out when a compliance document is edited, has a file re-uploaded, receives a remark, or changes status — keeping the document's creator and the Regulatory Compliance team informed, not only at approval steps.

Property Management layout no longer hides menus outside the template

???? Property Management layout no longer hides menus outside the template — Applying the Property Management Layout used to drop every menu that wasn't part of the RP, PMP, CMMS or Others groups, and any menu added afterwards never showed up. Now those menus — including ones added later — are gathered under a "More" section at the bottom of the sidebar, so nothing goes missing and you can still open and use every tool while keeping the layout.

Layer-Specific Approval Queues

Layer-Specific Approval Queues — Each approver's queue now shows only the requests waiting on their own step of the approval chain (or the steps delegated to them), so a later-stage approver no longer sees items still waiting on an earlier stage. Recording a deviation now also requires all four details — reason, date, approver, and at least one tagging reason — before it can be saved.

Compliance Colours: White & Grey

???? Compliance Colours: White & Grey — The compliance colour set now includes White for documents that are pending or under review, and Grey for inactive documents, matching the agreed colour scheme. Documents awaiting review now show White instead of Orange.

Complete Approval History

???? Complete Approval History — When a document is approved or rejected from the corporate portal, that decision is now reconciled with the document's review chain and recorded in its approval history. The timeline always reflects who approved or rejected each item and from where, and a request never appears stuck mid-review after a corporate decision.

Duplicate Request Guard for Bulk Submissions

???? Duplicate Request Guard for Bulk Submissions — A document that is already part of an in-progress request can no longer be added to another request at the same time — even when the in-progress request is a bulk submission covering several documents. This closes a gap where the same document could appear in two simultaneous bulk requests.

Automatic Compliance Reminders

???? Automatic Compliance Reminders — The system now keeps the approval workflow moving on its own, every day: it alerts the property manager and compliance team about a month before a suspended document is due to be brought back, turns a document's status red the moment it passes its expiry date, and automatically retires an approver's temporary delegation once its date range ends — so nothing slips through while no one is watching.

Automatic Approval Notifications

???? Automatic Approval Notifications — In-app and email notifications now fire automatically at every step of the approval workflow — submission, each approval, final execution, rejection, revision, withdrawal, cancellation, deviations and delegations — keeping requesters, approvers and Regulatory Compliance staff in the loop without anyone having to chase status.

Settings & Delegation Links

???? Settings & Delegation Links — Old bookmarks to Regulatory Compliance settings or the approval delegation screen now open the correct pages instead of showing a not-found error.

Active / Inactive Status at a Glance

???? Active / Inactive Status at a Glance — The documents list now shows each document's operational status — Active or Inactive — and flags any document that is mid-review with a "Pending Activation" or "Pending Deactivation" badge, so you can see what's in flight without opening each request.

Property Management layout now shows menus it only partly covers

???? Property Management layout now shows menus it only partly covers — Menus where the layout included some pages but not others (for example Regulatory Compliance, whose newer items weren't listed) used to be hidden entirely. They now appear in full under the "More" section, so every page stays reachable while keeping the layout.

Approval Workflow Endpoints

Approval Workflow Endpoints — The actions behind the new multi-step approval workflow are now in place — submitting, approving, rejecting, sending back for revision, withdrawing, cancelling, claiming a review, delegating approval authority and setting a category's approval mode — ready for the new screens that follow.

Approval Workflow Permissions

???? Approval Workflow Permissions — A new set of permissions for the upcoming multi-step approval workflow is now available for administrators to assign to staff roles, in both English and Portuguese.

Approval Workflow Foundation

???? Approval Workflow Foundation — Behind-the-scenes groundwork for an upcoming multi-step review and approval process for compliance documents is now in place. There are no visible changes in this update yet.

Timeline link fixed

???? Timeline link fixed — Fixed an issue where opening the System Updates timeline from the menu showed a "page not found" error; the timeline now loads correctly.

Multi-Step Approval Workflow

???? Multi-Step Approval Workflow — The new multi-step approval workflow for Regulatory Compliance is now usable end-to-end. From the documents list you can request a status change on a document; approvers see it in their queue, open the detail screen, and approve, reject or send it back for revision as it moves through the approval chain. Approvers can delegate their authority for a date range, and a deviation form can be attached to a document — flagged in the list and reflected by its compliance colour.

Approval Engine Upgrade

Approval Engine Upgrade — The compliance approval engine has been upgraded behind the scenes to support the new multi-step review, approval delegation and automatic status colours; the new screens that use it follow in upcoming updates.

New Resident Portal layout for the Customer Menu

???? New Resident Portal layout for the Customer Menu — A new "Apply Resident Portal Layout" button on the Customer Menu builder sits next to the existing recommended layout and organizes the customer portal into resident-focused groups — Living (amenities, services, pets, fleet booking), Building & Security (permits & certificates, parcels, visitors, and the security portal), Billing & Finance, Projects & Tasks, Support, and Resources. It's a selectable choice: the original generic layout stays available, so either one can be applied at any time. The Dashboard stays pinned at the top, anything new drops into an "Others" group so nothing is missed, and your renames, hidden items, and personal pins are preserved whichever layout you apply.

One timeline for all your installations

???? One timeline for all your installations — You can now register your other sites and see every installation's updates together in a single timeline, filtered by installation, environment, and area. Each installation can be given a name and an environment so it's easy to tell where an update came from.

Register Parcel

???? Register Parcel — Fixed an issue where residents using the mobile app could not attach a photo when registering a parcel. The photo is now optional and uploads correctly.

Add-ons Now Itemised in Booking Emails

Add-ons Now Itemised in Booking Emails — The acknowledgement and approval emails for an amenity booking now list each selected add-on with its name and price, plus an add-ons total — exactly as shown on the mobile app and the booking detail screen. Bookings with no add-ons are unaffected, and the new add-on list is available as an editable placeholder on the Email Templates page.

Add-ons Now Itemised in Request Emails

Add-ons Now Itemised in Request Emails — The acknowledgement and approval emails for a service request now list each selected add-on with its name and price, plus an add-ons total — exactly as shown on the mobile app and the request detail screen. Requests with no add-ons are unaffected, and the new add-on list is available as an editable placeholder on the Email Templates page.

Choose which installations appear

???? Choose which installations appear — Added a setting to show only your connected installations and hide this one's own updates, so you can present a combined view of just the other sites. Each connected installation can still be switched on or off individually.

Fixed owner account registration status

???? Fixed owner account registration status — Fixed an issue where the account status of imported owners was always marked as activated, instead of inheriting their existing status from the central portal or from their other units.

System Updates timeline

???? System Updates timeline — Introduced a public timeline where customers can browse every platform update by date and area, filter by environment and month, open any update for details, and subscribe to follow new releases.
