✨ The assistant now feels active, not just on-call — Background watching is now on by default and checks far more often, so things that need attention surface on their own. While you have a screen open, a new "heads up" now pops over the assistant button the moment something comes up — you no longer have to refresh to see it — and that pop now shows the detail, not just a count. When there's nothing to flag, a quiet green dot on the button shows the assistant is watching and when it last checked, so it feels present rather than idle. And whenever you open a watched screen, it does a fresh check right then, so what you see is current as of now. Administrators can still turn the watch off or retune how often it runs.

Turning off a group automatically hides everything inside it, so a child can never stay visible while its parent is off. Anything switched off also disappears from the sidebar search and can't be opened from search results. Disabled entries still show (greyed) in the builder so you can switch them back on.
