Improved

Improved — Custom table fields on a work order (such as parts and materials used) can now be filled in directly on the task screen, between the description and the checklist, without opening the full edit form.

Improved

Improved — The printed work order Location Details section now follows the same location level names and order configured under Assets → Location Levels (for example Building, Floor, Department, Room), including when those levels are renamed or reordered.

Improved

Improved — Location hierarchy now follows the Location Levels configuration more consistently across the platform, including depth beyond four levels when configured.

Fixed

???? Fixed — Changing a task status from the list dropdown now shows the success message again after the status is updated.

Improved

Improved — Table fields that can be edited from the work order screen (such as Materials Used) now appear between the description and the checklist, so parts and materials are easier to find while working on a task.

Select Unit Label Format

Select Unit Label Format — When staff create an amenity booking, the unit dropdown now shows each option as Tower – Floor – Unit, so the list is consistent across properties instead of varying between Unit – Tower and other layouts.

Select Unit Label Format

Select Unit Label Format — When staff create a service request, the unit dropdown now shows each option as Tower – Floor – Unit, so the list is consistent across properties instead of varying between Unit – Tower and other layouts.

Fixed

???? Fixed — When preparing a request, choosing a new file for an attachment now replaces the previous file in that slot instead of adding a second copy — so only the file you selected remains attached.

Improved

Improved — When approval authority is delegated, both people are now notified: the stand-in that they have received the authority, and the delegating approver that the hand-over is in place.

Activate a document in one click

???? Activate a document in one click — Setting a document to Active is now immediate: choose Active and click Activate Document, and it becomes Valid, Active and Green (Compliant) right away — no reason, attachment or approval step. Requesting a document be set Inactive still goes through the usual reason, attachment and approval process.

A deviation's final approval now sets the document's status

???? A deviation's final approval now sets the document's status — When the Regulatory Compliance Head gives final approval on a Deviation Form, the document now takes the status that matches the compliance colour chosen: Green or Yellow leave it Valid, Orange sets it to Pending. If any reviewer rejects the deviation, the document keeps the status it had before.

A rejected change request now marks the document Rejected

???? A rejected change request now marks the document Rejected — When a change request is rejected by an approver, the document it referred to is now tagged Rejected, instead of quietly keeping its previous status.

A comment is now required to approve a change request

???? A comment is now required to approve a change request — Approvers must enter a comment before advancing a change request to the next stage, so every approval carries the reviewer's note.

New

???? New — Automated Email Reports. You can now schedule Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly maintenance reports to be emailed automatically to the staff members, roles, and outside addresses you choose, with each schedule set up independently. Every report summarizes Planned Preventive Maintenance (planned versus completed by trade), the full Work Order status breakdown by maintenance type with completion rates, and the Preventive Maintenance scheduled for the coming period, plus an editable reminder message you can change any time. Each report can cover the whole portfolio or break the numbers down site by site, and includes a secure download link to all completed Work Order PDFs for the period. Set it all up under Setup → Settings → Scheduled Email Reports, where you can also send a test or preview at any time.

Dev Academy

???? Dev Academy — A brand-new in-platform course that teaches your team how to build features from the basics up: a Foundations path, five progressively harder build tracks, Deep Dive lessons (reports & exports, data import, dashboard widgets, workflows, migrations), a Dos & Don'ts reference, and a Practice section of 30 real-world exercises modelled on recently shipped work, and a built-in AI tutor ("Ask the Tutor") on every screen — with saved per-person progress, personal notes, quick knowledge checks, and a role-restricted Team Progress overview for managers.

Visitor Email Notifications — Editable Templates

???? Visitor Email Notifications — Editable Templates — The emails residents receive about their visitors (new registration, visitor approved, checked in, and checked out) can now be customised under Setup → Email Templates, in a dedicated Visitors Management section. Staff can edit the subject and wording, insert placeholders that automatically fill in the visitor's details (name, document, visit date and time, PIN code, check-in/check-out time, unit), and turn each notification on or off individually.

Email queue cleared

Email queue cleared — Cleared all messages from the outgoing email queue to prevent old or stuck notifications from being sent.

Fixed

???? Fixed — A permit that requires a financial check can no longer be approved until the Finance team has actually completed that check. Previously an approver's own click could clear the check automatically, letting the approval proceed without Finance.

Changed

???? Changed — Permit types that carry no charge now clearly show "Not required" for their financial status instead of "Cleared", so it is obvious that no financial check was needed (rather than implying Finance reviewed and cleared it).

New

???? New — When an approver delegates their authority to a stand-in, the stand-in is now notified (in-app and by email) that they have been given approval authority and until when.

Approvers configured through Staff Permissions can reach the Approval Queue again

???? Approvers configured through Staff Permissions can reach the Approval Queue again — A reviewer whose approval rights were granted directly on their staff record (rather than through their role) could be shown "Access Denied" on the Approval Queue even though deviations and requests were being routed to them. They now reach the queue correctly, matching how their permission is applied everywhere else.

Deviation reason is preserved on older forms with more than one cause

???? Deviation reason is preserved on older forms with more than one cause — On a Deviation Form filed before the reason became a single choice, only one option can now be selected. The form now clearly shows a single reason and warns you when an older form had more than one, so nothing is dropped without you noticing. A file attached and then abandoned by changing the reason is no longer kept.

Fixed a "Page expired" error when submitting or approving a Deviation Form

???? Fixed a "Page expired" error when submitting or approving a Deviation Form — Submitting a Deviation Form as the Property Manager, or endorsing/recommending/approving it as a reviewer, could fail with a "Page expired" message and the form would not save. The form now submits correctly every time, including when a formal approval document is attached.

Clear message when a rejection or revision reason is too short

???? Clear message when a rejection or revision reason is too short — Rejecting a change request, asking for a revision, cancelling or withdrawing one with a very short reason showed only a generic "Something went wrong" and the action silently failed. The screen now tells you exactly how long the reason needs to be, and checks it as you act, so the reason is captured for the record.

Email queue cleared

Email queue cleared — Cleared all messages from the outgoing email queue to prevent old or stuck notifications from being sent.

Improved

Improved — Four refinements from UAT: (1) when the same equipment is reported defective again and again, every record raised along the way now shows the original work order as its Source — so one search on that work order number brings up the whole family of related work, however many rounds of corrective work followed; (2) the Daily Equipment Monitoring form now keeps every file you add — pick several at once or add them one at a time, and each appears in a list you can remove from before submitting; (3) a "Nothing to declare" record now shows just what matters — declaration date, encoder name and email, the answer, and any attachments — instead of an empty equipment table; (4) a "Yes" record now shows the complete declaration for every piece of equipment reported, including asset name, downtime, call back time, the selected operational risks and customer impacts, the with-risk / with-impact / VVIP answers, and attachments.

Stuck email notifications removed

Stuck email notifications removed — Removed unsent notifications and invoices from the email queue to prevent sending outdated messages.
