Concern Tickets Routed Automatically

???? Concern Tickets Routed Automatically — When a ticket is opened from a connected app and a concern sub-type is chosen, the ticket is now sent automatically to the department that handles that kind of concern (for example, billing concerns go to Finance and common-area concerns go to Housekeeping) instead of always landing in Maintenance. If the matching department does not exist for that property, the ticket keeps the department that was chosen, so nothing is ever left without a destination.

Deletion Protection

???? Deletion Protection — A custom field that is still used on a form can no longer be deleted; the system asks you to remove it from those forms first (or set it to inactive). This prevents forms from breaking and silently failing to save submissions.

Ask the AI — help assistant on the customer portal

???? Ask the AI — help assistant on the customer portal — Customers now get a friendly "Ask AI" button on every portal page (and a button on the Training page) that opens a chat. They can ask questions in their own words and get step‑by‑step answers drawn from the customer Help guides, with a link to read the full guide — and keep the conversation going with follow‑up questions. It's off until you enable it in Settings, only ever uses the customer guides (never staff‑only content), and needs an AI provider connected.

New

???? New — Added a Location Type filter to the Tickets list, letting you narrow tickets to those for a Customer Unit or a Common Area.

AI help switches now live with the AI settings

AI help switches now live with the AI settings — The two customer AI switches (the open-ticket suggestion and the portal help assistant) now sit on the AI Insights settings screen, right next to where you connect your AI provider — so everything about the AI is in one place. Their behavior is unchanged.

Improved — "Run scan now" now shows a clear "Running escalation scan…" loading screen while it works, so it's obvious the scan is in progress instead of leaving you wondering whether anything is happening.

New

???? New — The issued permit document now carries a scannable QR code that opens the public permit‑verification page.

Smoother open-ticket suggestion

Smoother open-ticket suggestion — The suggestion on the new-ticket form now eases in and types its answer out live, character by character, so it feels responsive and clearly "working for you" instead of popping in all at once.

Choose which guides customers see

???? Choose which guides customers see — A new checklist in Settings lets you pick, guide by guide, exactly which Training guides appear in the customer portal (and which the AI assistant can draw on) — including sharing a guide that was previously staff-only. Your choices take precedence; any guide you haven't touched keeps its existing default.

360 photo performance

360 photo performance — Uploading multiple 360 photos at once is faster and more reliable, thumbnails load quickly, and every uploaded scene appears in the location viewer.

Notice & Aging updated to match the approved work-order rules

???? Notice & Aging updated to match the approved work-order rules — Notice now counts down the days until a work order is due to start (a positive number), and shows a dash once it has started. Notice Type groups that countdown into 30‑1, 60‑31, and 90‑61 day bands. Aging now groups days overdue into finer bands — 1 Day, 2‑7, 8‑30, 31‑60, 61‑90, and 90+ days — and the old "Expired" band has been removed. Completed work orders show a dash for Notice and their final days-late for Aging.

CMMS menu layout

???? CMMS menu layout — The 52 Week PM Plan now appears under CMMS between Work Order Management and Asset Management instead of under Others, so annual maintenance tools sit with related maintenance navigation.

Improved Asset Availability loading

Improved Asset Availability loading — The calendar now appears only after you select an asset, conflicts are checked on demand instead of loading automatically, and the default date range is the current month so large datasets no longer freeze the screen.

Improved

Improved — The Common Area list on a permit request is now limited to the common areas inside the Tower / Building you selected, instead of listing every location across all buildings. Pick the Tower / Building first and the common-area choices follow.

Operational Dispatch and Asset Availability access control

???? Operational Dispatch and Asset Availability access control — Operational Dispatch and Asset Availability under the annual maintenance plan are now visible only to administrators or staff explicitly granted access in their role, matching the same access rules already applied to Look-Ahead.

Improved

Improved — When recording a financial check by hand, the finance team can now set the outcome deliberately — Determine from balance, Cleared, On Hold, or Not Checked — instead of having it inferred only from the entered balance. The chosen outcome is recorded on the permit's activity history.

360 photo asset markers

360 photo asset markers — The same asset can now be marked on different 360 photos at a location, while each photo still allows only one marker per asset.

Fixed

???? Fixed — The Approvals Queue now only shows permits relevant to the signed-in approver (a requester no longer sees the whole queue), and it now lists the Permit Type, Work Description, and Status alongside the reference. The issued permit document now prints the full work details (location, method, fire-watch, PPE, and the rest), not just the headline fields. An approved permit that briefly had no stored status now reads "Approved" instead of a dash.

Changed

???? Changed — On the permit request form, you now choose the Location Type (Customer Unit or Common Area) first, and "Mall" is labelled "Tower / Building" to match how the buildings are set up. The duplicate Planned Start/End time fields were removed from the work-permit forms — the permit's validity window is the single planned start/end.

Changed

???? Changed — On the request form the planned-date fields now adapt to the permit type: a Gate Pass shows "Valid From / Valid To" instead of "Planned Start / End Date", so the wording matches what the permit represents. Other permit types are unchanged.

Operational Status colours are now yours to set

???? Operational Status colours are now yours to set — The Active, Inactive, Pending Activation, and Pending Deactivation badges shown on the documents list can now be recoloured from Settings, exactly the way the compliance status colours already work. Each badge is chosen from the approved colour palette (Green, Orange, Yellow, Red, Black, White), so the colour scheme stays consistent and is no longer fixed in place.

Notice & Aging now correct for work orders without dates

???? Notice & Aging now correct for work orders without dates — Work orders that have no Start or Due date no longer show a huge incorrect number (and an "Expired" status) in the Notice and Aging columns. They now correctly show a dash (–). Completed work orders are also recalculated so any that were affected are corrected automatically.

Fixed

???? Fixed — Category labels on the Permits & Certificates list, the category manager, and a permit's detail page are now easy to read in both the light and dark themes. The label text now automatically switches between a light or dark colour so it always stands out against the category's chosen colour, instead of always using white text that was hard to read on pale colours. A subtle outline was also added so a label whose colour is close to the background still stands apart.
