Administrators can now also tag a newly uploaded document directly, while other users remain governed by the configured status-to-colour rules and now see a clear message when a colour is not allowed.

Redesigned Add Meter screen and a clearer menu — Adding or editing a meter now walks you through it in clear sections: where the meter is (Property, Tower, whether it serves a Common Area or a Customer Unit, then Floor and the matching Area or Unit), what the meter is (name, code, brand, multiplier, whether it is standalone, a mother meter or a sub-meter, and analog or digital), how it is classified (Stream, Measurement Unit and Category, with Sub-Category and Level 3 appearing only when they apply), how often it is read and whether it is active, and finally optional service and equipment details. Fields that only make sense in certain cases now appear only then — for example a Mother Meter is asked for only when the meter is a sub-meter. The left menu is also reordered with day-to-day records first, and two items are renamed to "Property Meters" and "Towers".

✨ Every Building Management tile now teaches the whole job, not the highlights — Each of the seven tiles has been rebuilt to the same depth: why the feature exists, a map of every screen it owns, how to set it up before day one, the main flow, every branch that flow can take, the full rule book, who can do what, every setting together with the value it starts out with, what the system does on its own — and, just as important, what it does not do — what changed recently and what to unlearn, what it works with, and a troubleshooting card of the questions the front desk actually gets asked. Tiles that used to run six or eight lessons now run twenty, and each one's Knowledge Check was rewritten to match, with about a third of the questions now covering setup, settings, permissions and automatic behaviour rather than only the happy path. Several places where the guidance no longer matched the screens were corrected at the same time, including which bulk actions on the parcel list really work, what happens to a visitor record once the visit is closed, when an approval can be made out of turn, and what the compliance board does and does not check when a card is dragged.

Open a tile and you get everything for that one item in one place: its own Knowledge Check, its lessons (each labelled with the screen it teaches), where in the menu the work happens, and which other parts of the platform it works with. Each tile is now a complete journey on its own — take its 50-question check, learn its lessons, then take the check again and see your growth for that tile, without waiting to finish anything else. If you leave a check half-done, the tile now says so and lets you continue where you stopped, or finish and submit at any time.

The daily check now always moves such documents to Expired — except while a deviation is under way, a deactivation request is open, or an approved Extension Date is still holding the document open. Documents already stuck this way are corrected automatically the next time the Documents list is opened.
