Simpler ticket form for staff

Simpler ticket form for staff — Staff ticket screens now match the requestor layout with Designation and Contact Number on the form and list, while internal-only helpdesk fields stay hidden. Database updates run through System Updates.

Default ticket labels

Default ticket labels — When staff open a new ticket, the label field is pre-filled with Helpdesk Portal; when customers open a new ticket, it is pre-filled with Requestor Portal.

Changed

???? Changed — Restored the original New Dashboard widget layout while keeping chart improvements, filter fixes, and the custom date-range filter.

Ticket list search

???? Ticket list search — The search box on the Tickets page now finds tickets by their full reference number (for example JR-PGH-20261998), by subject, or by the numeric ticket id, matching how ticket numbers are shown in the list.

Improved

Improved — The New Dashboard now updates floor and timeline charts when filters change, shows trade and shift data as visual charts, uses a clearer status overview, removes the percentage under Total WO, and adds a custom date-range filter.

Building Management

???? Building Management — Customers created automatically while loading units through Import Center now keep the customer name empty instead of combining tower, floor, and unit into that field; the customer stays linked to the correct unit.

Units

Units — The spreadsheet import on the units list is now labeled Import Customer Unit Data so the action matches how teams refer to that data load.

Contacts

Contacts — When staff add a contact to a unit from the administration panel, anyone who already has a platform profile or another unit on file receives the standard “new unit available” notice; first-time contacts still follow the existing welcome path only.

Customer Accounts

???? Customer Accounts — When staff send access invitations in bulk, the confirmation count now matches invitations that actually went out instead of sometimes showing none.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts — After you send access invitations in bulk from the directory, the short on-screen recap only describes outcomes that actually occurred, instead of repeating empty categories.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts — After you send temporary passwords in bulk, success and summary messages show more reliably, and clearer feedback appears when the connection drops or the result cannot be read.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts — The bulk action to e-mail a first-time sign-in link is easier to spot, uses clearer wording, and matches the same title-style labels as the confirmation messages.

Contacts

Contacts — When you add a contact from the administration panel, the welcome message and sign-in invite send only if that person is not already in the shared resident directory; the bulk unit notice sends only when they already have a directory profile.

Customer Accounts

???? Customer Accounts — From the customer directory, staff can send another first-time sign-in invite to several selected active contacts at once, and the list skips anyone who already finished setting up their access.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts — When you import owners, rows marked individual or company now set the Owner Details customer type automatically so the profile matches without extra editing.

Improved

Improved — When importing the full vehicle list from the public registry, every brand is refreshed so missing models are added and existing ones stay up to date, instead of skipping brands that already had any models on file.

Improved

Improved — Importing the full vehicle list from the public registry is faster, with cleaner brand and model entries, fewer duplicates, and an up-to-date portable copy of makes and models so other sites can load the same catalog without pulling from the public registry again.

Customer Accounts

Customer Accounts — When a spreadsheet adds someone to a unit and that person already uses the platform elsewhere, they receive the same "new unit available" notice used elsewhere, instead of only the first-time welcome flow.

Ticket list columns

Ticket list columns — The column picker now lets you put the table back to its default layout in one step. Actions for showing, hiding, and reordering columns stay with that picker so they are not mixed with unrelated bulk actions.

Create Ticket — Contact & Guest Details

???? Create Ticket — Contact & Guest Details — When you create a ticket linked to a contact, the form again requires a contact before you can save. If you switch back from opening a ticket without a contact, the temporary name and email fields are cleared so they no longer show on the contact version of the form.

Service request list columns

Service request list columns — The column picker now lets you put the table back to its default layout in one step, with column controls kept on the column dialog.

Amenity request list columns

Amenity request list columns — The column picker now lets you put the table back to its default layout in one step, with column controls kept on the column dialog.

Contacts

???? Contacts — Fixed a technical error that prevented the contact list from loading correctly due to a database conflict between client and contact information.

Parcel list columns
