Visitors List — Unit Visited

???? Visitors List — Unit Visited — Fixed the visitors list and admin visitors list so the Unit Visited column now shows the specific unit being visited (its unit, block, and floor) instead of the resident or owner's name.

Property notice no longer sent at import

???? Property notice no longer sent at import — Importing an owner or resident no longer sends the "new property available" email right away. Even when that person already exists in the platform directory, the notice is now held until they finish activating their account.

Fixed — Reports and logs now show friendly names instead of internal codes — for example "Work Orders", "Defective Equipment", "90 days overdue" and "Setting updated" — across the dashboard, the Red Flag Report, the activity log and spreadsheet exports, in both English and Portuguese. Also fixed the Red Flag Report not appearing in the sidebar on systems using the curated menu; it is now added automatically while still letting you move or remove it, and fixed an error that could occur when mobil

Also fixed the Red Flag Report not appearing in the sidebar on systems using the curated menu; it is now added automatically while still letting you move or remove it, and fixed an error that could occur when mobile push alerts were switched on.

Single role-based approval chain

???? Single role-based approval chain — The document approval chain is now one global, role-based path — Approver 1 (OM/AD), Approver 2 (Brand Head), then Final Validator (RegCom Head) — and the right people are notified automatically based on the role they hold, instead of the chain being configured per document type. The approval-chain settings now show this fixed path read-only.

Approval roles renamed

???? Approval roles renamed — The three Regulatory Compliance approval steps now read as OM/AD (Operations Manager / Area Director), Brand Head, and RegCom Head, matching the approved naming standard, and the approval queue shows the role at each step.

Contacts

Contacts — Updated the gender selection option in the client profile and contact form to display "Prefer not to say" instead of "Other".

Scheduled Report Emails

Scheduled Report Emails — Automated compliance report emails now use translated report titles and subjects instead of internal report codes, matching the names shown on the Reports screen.

New — Administrators can now load a set of example escalations straight from the dashboard with a "Load sample data" button, making it easy to explore the dashboard, alerts and reports on a new setup. It is safe to run more than once and only affects its own example records.

New — Added a Red Flag Report that summarises all open escalations by how far up the chain they have reached — Property Manager, Area/Operations Manager, Associate Director, Director, and HQ — with a drill-down to each item and a spreadsheet export. It's also available as a ready-to-use source in Reporting Studio, and a weekly summary can be sent to HQ.

New — Escalation Control can now watch your live Work Orders and escalate any that are approaching or past their due date, and watch Complaints / customer tickets and escalate any that exceed their service window. Each source is off until an administrator switches it on, and the service window is adjustable.

New — Escalation Control can now watch your equipment and escalate items left in a defective / out-of-service state, counting from when they first went defective. You choose which statuses count as defective, and (like the other sources) it stays off until switched on. Overdue preventive maintenance is already covered by the work-order watch.

Items List

???? Items List — Fixed the Out of stock alert filter so it correctly shows only items with zero inventory.

Items List

???? Items List — Fixed the Out of stock alert filter so it correctly shows only items with zero inventory.

Amenity Description Email Merge Field

Amenity Description Email Merge Field — Added the amenity description as an available email merge field, allowing property managers to include the amenity profile's details in automated email notifications.

Service Request Time Slots

???? Service Request Time Slots — Mobile and connected apps can now request the available start times for a selected day when booking a service, using the same booking rules as the resident portal (minimum visit duration, advance notice, daily limits, and per-time-slot capacity). The list of available days for services was also aligned with those same rules.

Service Description Email Merge Field

Service Description Email Merge Field — Added the service description as an available email merge field, allowing property managers to include the service profile's details in automated email notifications.

Ticket Field Access — more fields

Ticket Field Access — more fields — The per-role field access editor now also covers Job Category, Job Sub-Category, Service Level Agreement, Level of Completion, Service Category, Type, and Sub-Type. Administrators can choose, for each of these fields, whether a role has No Access, Read-Only, or Read/Write access, just like every other ticket field.

Approval Queue Ordering

Approval Queue Ordering — The Regulatory Compliance approval queue now sorts by "Pending Since" (oldest first) by default and behaves like the other lists in the system, so the requests waiting longest sit at the top and the queue can be searched, sorted, and paged reliably.

Document Type Permissions

???? Document Type Permissions — Updating a document type's active/inactive status (the on-page Activate/Deactivate switches and bulk enable/disable) is now its own role permission, so it can be granted separately — supporting segregation of duties. Permission to import document types is now controlled in the Import Center, where each import has its own permission, instead of under Building Management. Viewing the list is unaffected.

Scope of Work answers preserved

???? Scope of Work answers preserved — Editing a Scope of Work template no longer hides previously saved answers on existing tasks and work orders.

Fixed

???? Fixed — Staff with approver assignments can open the approvals queue again without an error; pending items for their role and mall now load correctly.

Fixed — The alert preview now displays correctly instead of showing an error; it shows the alert subject filled in with the selected item type and timing.

New — The behind-the-scenes services for Escalation Control are now in place: the central Escalations Dashboard, the screens that let an administrator review and edit the escalation rules and the hierarchy mapping, the preview tools that show what an escalation alert or daily summary will look like before any change is committed, a one-time catch-up utility for items already past due when the feature goes live, and the buttons recipients use to acknowledge an alert or mark it as resolved. The matching look-and-feel of these screens follows in the next update.

New — Escalation Control: staff roles for the property-management hierarchy (Property Manager / Owner, Area Manager / Operations Manager, Associate Director, Director, President, and Subject Matter Expert) are now available for administrators to assign, and every screen reads in both English and Portuguese (Brazil) without missing labels.

Changed — Corrected who is alerted when an asset or a regulatory document reaches 60 days: the President is now notified and the subject-matter expert is not, matching the agreed escalation policy for those two milestones. Other milestones are unchanged.

Amenity Description Email Merge Field

Amenity Description Email Merge Field — Added the amenity description as an available email merge field, allowing property managers to include the amenity profile's details in automated email notifications.

Improved — The engine behind your aging-item alerts has been built: alerts now know when to fire, who to notify, how to avoid sending one person the same notice twice when they cover more than one role, and which items belong in your daily digest based on the properties you are responsible for. The screens that put these in front of you arrive in the next updates.

New — Escalation Control now works on its own schedule: it checks for aging items throughout the day and raises alerts automatically, and it sends one consolidated daily summary to managers and leaders at a time you choose. Alerts that can't be delivered right away are retried automatically, time-limited exceptions close themselves once they lapse, and the document-expiry alerts switch on by themselves the moment Regulatory Compliance is ready.
